Additional Restoration
Peru
I was trained by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture in the conservation of diverse historical objects of art. I worked for several years in the cities of Cuzco and Apurímac conserving religious art, wooden and plaster polychrome sculptures, furnitures, frames, architectural elements in wood and plaster, gilded pieces and murals dating from the XVI-XVIII centuries. Conserving and carving in situ at the Our Lady of Cocharcas Church (1598-1625 ) was an incredible opportunity to fully develop my skills and to appreciate the work of craftsmen from hundreds of years ago, and then use my own hands and tools to again reveal the beauty and grandeur of this special sanctuary.
